Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email no cancellation or changes can be maid. Please ensure you check your order and delivery information before completing checkout.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can track your order here.
Unfortunately on some occasions the item you ordered may no longer be available. This is a rare occurence but should it happen, you will be refunded for the product that is unavailable. Any other products you have ordered will still be dispatched.
Our customer service team will be happy to help you with your enquiry. You can get in touch by emailing info@thebeautybasket.ie and include your name & order number if possible. Please note, all customer queries are dealt with via email and not via our social media channels. This is due to the chance of messages being missed if sent to our Instagram or Facebook. If you have sent an email, our team will respond as soon as possible, there is no need to send multiple emails.
