PLEASE NOTE DURING BUSY PERIODS I.E. BLACK FRIDAY OR PROMOTIONAL PERIODS, THERE MAY BE DELAYS AND DELIVERY MAY BE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED. (Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
We would ask all our customers to ensure that they input the correct delivery address when ordering with an Eircode. We cannot make changes to addresses after your order has been placed.

You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has been sent. If you have not yet received this email, your order is in a que to be dispatched. Please only email our customer service team if you have received this email and there is an issue with your order, or you are experiencing any other issue.
Due to the restrictions surrounding Brexit, we have temporarily suspended deliveries to UK addresses. We don't plan this to be long term and hope to resume delivery to UK soon.
You can track your order via your unique tracking code which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please visit https://track.anpost.ie/ to track your order. If your order has not arrived please first check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email and tracking your delivery.
